THE
FERAL CAT
HAVEN

Because No One can do Everything,

but Everyone Can Do Something

Feral Cats are just Scared Cats.

With love and time, all feral cats, no matter their age,

will realize they love human love.

Not all humans of course - only those who are willing to themselves

let their guard down, &

love a cat that hisses.

The hisses are temporary.

The bond between a feral cat and the human that decides to love despite - that is fur-ever.

Help us help Alaska's scared cats

- and those brave enough to realize that they too love love.

Our Story

Starting in 2018, with a litter of terrified kittens,

the Feral Cat Haven has grown into a movement of fosters who love love.

As a dedicated feral foster, and educators of fosters willing to open their hearts and homes

to feral cats, we work with rescues and shelters all over Alaska - from Fairbanks to Homer.

With your help, we can help even more unsocialized cats become adoptable snugglers!

WAYS YOU CAN HELP

FOSTER

Open your heart and home to a feral cat - we'll teach you all you need to know to turn a hisser into a purrer!

DONATE

From vet bills to food and litter, taking care of feral cats is costly, like any other cat. Help us help more cats by helping us pay their bills!

EDUCATE YOURSELF - & OTHERS

From knowledge comes understanding.

From understanding comes compassion.

From compassion comes love and a desire to help - or at least not hurt. Many feral cats are hurt by humans who don't understand them.

Please help us help them by simply learning more about the lives of feral cats in Alaska!

VOLUNTEER

A lot of rescues and shelters desperately need help

- in daily life such as cleaning & feeding, or for special events,

such as vet visits or transportation

to fosters/fur-ever homes.

Sometimes all you need to provide

is a loving lap for naps,

& a gentle hand for pets.
